When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 1–8 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–9 business days
● Europe: 6–14 business days
● Australia: 2–20 business days
● International: 5–30 business days
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended. Our delivery times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until the situation returns to normal. Due to the current health situation, we may at times experience delays in our supply chain, including distributors and transporters.

How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hi@8graphique.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Why Does My Shirt Have A Vinegar Smell?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
What T-Shirt do you use?
We use Bella and Canvas for our T-Shirts. Our shirts are preshrunk, but keep in mind that the 100% cotton may still have minimal shrinking and if you want to be cautious, wash it in cold water. For more information on the ethics behind these brands, check out their sites.

Why does my Cloak, Snuggie, or Hooded Blanket arrived in vacuum bags?
We understand your concern, but the fabrics used for "heavier" products, which is anything that has either microfleece or sherpa in it, is send out vacuum packaged. This has to do with us trying to keep the shipping cost down on such heavier products.
After our own testing we found the fabric to change back to normal relatively quickly once it's unpacked and washed.
