8graphique undertakes to deliver the product(s) in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. In order to optimise delivery, we would be grateful if the customer could indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.

 8GRAPHIQUE SHIPPING

  • 8graphique delivers worldwide.

8graphique orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM CT). For security reasons, 8graphique will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will 8graphique accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be calculated and displayed at the time of placing the order. Please check shipping costs before placing an order.

8graphique may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • 1 - 8 business

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays). Please note that this may be extended during holidays, launches, restocking, limited edition launches and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • USA: 3 - 9 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 14 business days
  • Australia: 2 - 20 business days
  • International: 5 - 30 business days

Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended. Our delivery times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until the situation returns to normal. Due to the current health situation, we may at times experience delays in our supply chain, including distributors and transporters.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will include the tracking number of your order. Please be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier based on the tracking number provided for further assistance and information or contact us via our contact information for further information and assistance.

 DELAYS

8graphique is not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery due to force majeure, public order and natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, 8graphique is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself or delays related to our drivers. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER CHARGES

For international orders, please note that customs in some countries may charge additional taxes or fees. Any additional costs related to import/customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's policy on importing goods before placing an international order.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered completed as soon as 8graphique makes the product available to the buyer, which is possible thanks to the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed" or "delivered".
